Our Nurses can provide travel health advice and immunisations.

Please contact the surgery for a travel form. We reccomend you complete and return your form to the surgery 6-8 weeks before you are due to travel. This gives our nurses time to review your form and administer any vaccines needed within the reccomended time frame.

Please contact the surgery 1 week after returning your completed form to check if you require an appointment with one of our nurses for a travel consultation and vaccines.
