At Marsh House we operate an appointment only system, we do not offer a drop - in service.
Access to health care has changed since the COVID 19 pandemic. There are several new ways you can access health advice from the team here at Marsh House Medical Practice. Our Team of GPs and Nurses are offering both Telephone and Face-to-Face appointments, however, face-to-face GP appointments are often telephone triaged first. This is to ensure any further tests or examinations that may be needed can be arranged also.
You can now access the E-Consult service via the main home page. This allows you to submit a query online for review by the GP, Nurse or Admin Team who will aim to respond to you within 48 hours.
We would appreciate it if you could avoid calls for routine appointments between the hours of 08:00 and 11:00 unless for an emergency, home visit request or cancellation of an appointment.
Urgent appointments - The Doctor will only review the 1 urgent matter in an urgent appointment slot. Any other non - urgent matters will need a seperate appointment.
